Pasta Salad

1 pound elbows or
other small pasta |

| Preparation | |
|
Cook pasta in plain water, drain, rinse - drain & rinse again. Transfer to bowl - add olive oil, herbs and black pepper. Add onion, cucumber and tomato - toss well. Serve at room temp. |
