Dipping Recipe

| Ingredients | |

1 Tbsp minced basil,
parsley, thyme and garlic |

| Preparation | |
|
Combine all ingredients except oil and lemon. Put into a small food processor, chop briefly until all ingredients are about the same. Stir in oil and lemon juice. |

| Serve | |
| Combine about 1 ½ tsp spice blend to 3 to 4 Tbsp olive oil on a small dish. Dip bread slices in mixture. Italian, Cuban or French bread is good. | |
