Honeydew w/Mint, Basil and Lime
Ingredients

1 Honeydew melon
4 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
honey to taste
Preparation

Peel and seed honeydew, cut into 1-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
